Archie Raymond Westbrook
MEBANE - Archie Raymond Westbrook, 78, of Mebane, died Wednesday, July 2, 2008, at the Hospice Home of Alamance.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Carolyn B. Westbrook; sons, Eric Thomas Westbrook and John Raymond Westbrook; sisters, Peggy Scott and Kathy Poteat; and brothers, Ballard Westbrook, Aaron Westbrook and Richard Westbrook.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Aaron Westbrook and Lucille Christopher Westbrook; a sister, Ena Mae Young; and a brother, Marion Westbrook.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, July 5, 2008, at Lebanon United Methodist Church cemetery by Dr. Terry Farmer.
The family will receive friends at McClure Funeral Service in Mebane from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, and at other times at the residence.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Hospice Home of Alamance-Caswell.
