Yoga class for kids starts today
Comments 0 | Recommend 0Alamance Regional Medical Center is sponsoring a Yoga For Kids class on Tuesday evenings from 6 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. today through July 22 in the fitness center, lower level of the hospital.
In addition to gaining strength, balance and flexibility, yoga helps children with focus and energy.
The class is open to children 7 to 11 years old and cost is $40 per child. For more information or to register, call Megan Hall at (336) 586-3562.
Shape up for summer
It's not too late to get in shape for summer. Alamance Regional Medical Center is holding "Summer Shape Up!" from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. June 26 in the education center, lower level of the hospital.
Cost is $10, which includes dinner and a program. Seating is limited and reservations are required. For more details, call (336) 538-7970.
