The following have been charged with driving while impaired. A registration of .08 or higher on the Intoxilyzer results in an automatic 30-day revocation of a driver's license.
* Joseph Gordon Edwards, 32, of Rainmaker Drive, Durham, was charged Thursday at 9:35 p.m. by the North Carolina State Highway Patrol on the exit ramp from Interstate 40 at Huffman Mill Road. He registered a .09. He was released into the custody of a sober adult.
