HOW TO SUBSCRIBE
If you would like to receive the Times-News at your home or office, call the Circulation Department at 229-2444 or subscribe through our web site at www.thetimesnews.com. The Times-News delivers to Alamance County and parts of Guilford, Caswell and Orange counties.

ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION
Current subscribers who have paid in advance three months or more receive a free online subscription to the Times-News. Non-subscribers can receive the Times-News online for $5.95 per month. Register at www.thetimesnews.com.

DELIVERY QUESTIONS
The Times-News takes pride in our carrier delivery force that is committed to timely and accurate newspaper delivery service. If you do not receive your newspaper or have a damaged or incomplete newspaper, call our Customer Service Department at 229-2444 from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. weekdays and 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. weekends and holidays. A replacement will be delivered to you.

RENEWALS
We want to be sure your home delivery service continues smoothly. You will receive a renewal notice before your subscription expires. Your prompt response avoids delivery delays.

EASY PAY
Easy Pay allows you to have the cost of your subscription deducted from your checking account each month. No more bills and no checks to write. Easy Pay customers receive a free online subscription to the Times-News.

GOING ON VACATION?
Let us know when you will be on vacation, and we can save your newspapers in a Vacation Pack and deliver them to you when you return. It’s a great way to catch up on the local news and features, or you can donate your papers for use in the schools through the NIE program. Call the Circulation Department at 229-2444.
